Refund policy
Returns
We have a return / refund policy only if you receive wrong OR damaged product. In such case kindly raise an immediate return request from your regeistered email ID and send us the order details, along with the images of the product you have received, at our order related support email - order@byouthful.in.
We will go through your request and will initiate the return process accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
